Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains what’s eligible for return, how to start a return, and when refunds are issued. For any questions, email support@moremorelove.com.

Return eligibility (for hygiene-sensitive products)

  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Not eligible if opened/used: for hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns of items that are opened, used, or with tampered seals.
  • Bundles/sets: must be returned complete. Partial returns aren’t accepted.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue and the outer box/label.
  • Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund (including standard shipping).

How to start a return

  1. Email support@moremorelove.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return instructions (and label if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely. Include all original components and place the RMA/return note inside the parcel.

Who pays return shipping? If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect), we cover it. For all other returns, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Exchanges & order changes

  • Before shipment: contact us ASAP to change color/model/address. We’ll help if the order hasn’t left our warehouse.
  • After shipment: we can process a return (if unopened) and help you re-order the correct item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Processing time: typically 3–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
  • We’ll email you a confirmation once your refund is approved and processed.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used items, items with broken/tampered hygiene seals.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Clearance/final sale items marked “non-returnable”.

Customs, duties & refused deliveries

  • Customs or import duties (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refused or undeliverable parcels: shipping fees and any return-to-sender costs may be deducted from the refund.

FAQs

My item is defective but the box is open. Can I return it?

Yes—if it’s defective, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund even if the packaging is opened.

How long do I have to ship back the return?

Once approved, please ship within 7 days and share the tracking number so we can monitor the parcel.

Do you offer prepaid return labels?

For defective/damaged/incorrect items, yes. For other returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
