Thank you for shopping at Moremorelove. Below is our Return & Refund Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@moremorelove.com (we typically reply within 1 business day, Mon–Fri).

Return Window & Conditions

  • Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened/used intimate items are not returnable (see below).

Non-returnable Items (Hygiene)

  • Opened, used, or unsealed intimate/adult products.
  • Underwear, and opened personal care/lubricant products.
  • Gift cards and final sale items (unless defective or shipped in error).

Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items

  • Notify us upon receipt and no later than 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Send photos/video of the issue and the outer packaging; we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
  • If an error is on our side, we will cover the return cost or issue a prepaid label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us first at support@moremorelove.com and wait for approval and instructions (RMA).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing typically takes 3–10 business days (varies by institution).
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where the issue was our fault.

Return Shipping Cost

  • For change-of-mind or unwanted items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • For defective/incorrect items, we will cover the cost or provide a return label.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For other cases, please return the item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/statement first; then contact your bank or card issuer if needed.
  • If you still haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, email us at support@moremorelove.com.

Additional Notes

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address; returns due to incorrect address are not considered our error.
  • Refunds are issued only for items that meet this policy and are approved after inspection.
